Dynatrace SaaS Solution Helps Identify and Resolve Key Issues in Technology Environment

São Paulo, July 2021 – Scala, a Stefanini Group company specializing in Processes, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence applied to business, partnered with Estapar, an urban mobility hub, to create a monitoring and information control platform. This platform supports services like managing parking spaces for São Paulo’s “Zona Azul” (Blue Zone) metered parking system through the Estapar Nova Zona Azul – SP app, available for Android and iOS.

By implementing the Dynatrace SaaS monitoring platform, Scala’s team of consultants improved productivity and agility in identifying and resolving key issues related to this type of service. They gained access to the entire transactional process, including parking space reservations, vehicle license plate identification, payment processing, and other aspects of the digital transaction. This addressed the complexity and vision of the business, with the direct goal of ensuring the best possible experience for Estapar users.

In addition, the app allows users to identify the availability of parking spaces in real time, optimizing their time spent circulating on the streets, making it easier for them to find a safe and correct place to park,” says André Iasi, CEO of Estapar.

The process was implemented in June 2020, and the benefits and results generated for the company included greater agility in the services performed, higher quality delivery, and a better user experience for the customer, thereby increasing satisfaction ratings. After one year, users are acquiring service slots according to the needs of the system in operation.
